Cancellation Policy

At Costo, every costume is carefully prepared and packaged once an order is placed. To maintain quality and ensure timely delivery, we follow the policy below:

• Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

• Once Fulfilled: After an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel within the allowed time, please go to the account section and cancel the order you wish to cancel.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing, as cancellations are strictly limited once fulfillment begins.
